Many years before a global pandemic helped push digitally-native DTC brands into the mainstream, Heel That Pain was ahead of it’s time in bringing a great product to consumers exclusively online.

I developed nearly all on-site content, managed SEO/SEM strategy, and even oversaw a few offline marketing initiatives, including a TV spot and radio ads that helped raise the startup’s brand awareness.

The site is home to high-converting content. Hundreds of thousands of Heel Seats are sold each month, the vast majority of which are driven through organic traffic.

Optimized landing pages also contributed to strong search rankings for highly competitive search terms within this product category.
